Hyfly passengers aged 18 or younger must be accompanied by a guardian aged 19 or older (who will fill out a consent form for them).

- Hyfly is available to guests weighing between 25kg and 120kg. Please make sure to check the weight restrictions for a safe experience.
※Note: Hyfly(Zipline) & Eurobungy requirements may vary depending on weather or site conditions. - Children under 85cm in height, pregnant guests, intoxicated guests, and individuals with medical conditions requiring caution (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure, herniated discs, etc.) are not permitted to ride.
- Guests under 18 years of age must submit a signed parental/guardian consent form prior to riding.
- For adult/child companion ride criteria and combined weight requirements, please refer to the companion ticket information below.
- When riding as a pair, the combined weight of both riders must be between 30kg and 120kg to ensure safe operation. Please check your total combined weight before boarding.
- Hyfly(Zipline) allows the following combinations: Two adults, One adult and one child, Two children. As long as the combined weight requirement is met, you may enjoy the ride together.
- If two children ride together, parental or guardian consent is mandatory for safety reasons. Please complete the required consent process according to staff instructions before riding.
- One ride on the Hyfly (zipline) and Skyline Skyride (chairlift) takes approximately 15–20 minutes.
- Waiting times and ride duration may vary depending on on-site conditions.
- There is no strict dress code. However, comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity is recommended for a safe and enjoyable experience.
- For safety reasons, we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes (e.g., sneakers) rather than slippers or sandals.
- To prevent safety incidents and loss of personal belongings, please remove all accessories that may fall off during the ride, such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and other loose items, before boarding.
