Validity
The prices listed are current as of April 1, 2024. All prices are in local currency and include relevant taxes. Skyline reserves the right to change the posted prices at any time.
Strict operational rules must be followed when riding the Luge. Regulations regarding height restrictions apply to accompanying children.
Skyline reserves the right to refuse entry to customers who violate operational rules and to demand that they leave the premises without refund.
In some areas, discounted rates may apply to foreign tourists, wholesale dealers, and travel agency staff. If you require additional information, please fill out the appropriate form.
Please be aware that height restrictions apply to children who wish to ride the Luge alone.
Refund Policy for Online Purchases
Tickets purchased online can be refunded within 7 days of purchase (excluding tickets used).
Online tickets used on-site are valid only on the day of use. Unused portions of the ride cannot be refunded or transferred to others.
Luge tickets exchanged at the ticket office are valid only on the day of exchange. Unused portions of the ride cannot be refunded or transferred to others.
All Luge rides must be used on the same day.
Special offers and promotional items are subject to separate refund policies and terms, so be sure to check the details on the special offers page before purchasing.
Discounts and other promotions available at the site may not apply to online purchases.
Luge Operation Rules
Luge operation rules are established to provide all passengers with a safer and more enjoyable experience.
Height Restriction – To ride the Luge alone, passengers must be at least 6 years old and over 110cm tall.
Prohibition of Alcohol or Drug Consumption – Passengers impaired by alcohol or drugs are prohibited from riding the Luge.
No Use of Mobile Devices – Mobile devices are not permitted to be used on the Chairlift or while riding the Luge.
No Luge Riding Without a Helmet – All customers must wear a safety helmet while riding the Luge.
Secure Loose Clothing and Items – Jackets, outerwear, scarves, long hair, and other personal items should be secured to prevent damage or loss.
Always Grip the Handlebars with Both Hands – Do not drive the cart with one hand as it may be difficult to control.
Keep Both Feet Inside the Luge Cart – Do not remove your feet from the cart until it has come to a complete stop. Always wear shoes and use the brakes when slowing down or stopping!
To Brake, Pull the Handlebars Towards Your Body. – To slow down or stop, pull the handlebars towards your body. Never push the handlebars forward when stopping.
Obey Signs – Always obey all signals and warning signs and never drive off the track.
Maintain Controlled Speed and Direction – Maintain controlled speed and direction to ensure you can stop or avoid collisions with people or obstacles. It is the responsibility of luge riders to maintain a state where they can stop or avoid the Luge cart in front of people or obstacles. Always be alert for quick actions to avoid collisions.
Yield to Others and Do Not Block the Track – Yield to those descending and choose a course where other drivers can safely pass. Passengers ascending hills must yield to downhill drivers. Stop only where you can see from above and do not obstruct the track. Only stop on the side of the track that does not obstruct other drivers.
No Group Racing, Collisions, or Sliding – Forming groups to race is prohibited. Do not collide with other carts. Driving the Luge cart in a sliding manner using the wheels of the Luge cart is also prohibited.
Assist Skyline Staff – If you are involved in or witness an accident, please stay at the scene and inform the emergency response personnel.
Skyride Operational Rules
Skyride operational rules are established to provide all passengers with a safer and more enjoyable experience.
During Boarding
Skyride does not stop during boarding.
The safety bar must always be lowered during boarding.
While on Skyride
Do not kneel or stand on the Skyride platform.
Tickets of users caught throwing garbage or helmets will be cancelled without refund.
Height Restrictions
When accompanied by an adult, the minimum height for Skyride boarding is 85cm.
When riding the Skyride alone, you must be 7 years or older and over 120cm.
If you wish to bring children on the Skyride, the guardian must be at least 19 years old and at least 150cm tall.

Capacity and Support
Capacity: Each Skyride can accommodate 4 passengers and 3 Luge carts. (Capacity is subject to change)
Parents accompanying small children, elderly, or physically challenged individuals who need assistance during boarding or alighting should request assistance from our staff.
During Alighting
- Skyride does not stop during alighting.
- Raise the safety bar according to the operator’s instructions.
- Alight to the right of your seated position.
- All passengers must alight from their chairs before proceeding to the Luge starting point.
Warning – To ride the Luge and/or Skyride, passengers must be in good health and free from height restrictions, motion sickness, back pain, or any other physical constraints. We regret that pregnant women are not allowed to ride.
Skyline reserves the right to refuse entry to customers who do not comply with the above operational rules and to demand that they leave the premises without refund.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of South Korea.
