It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to ride the Luge and Skyride once. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, weekends, or busy periods, it may take longer, so please plan accordingly.
At Skyline Luge Busan, we do not assume any responsibility for lost items. Please take care of your personal belongings and valuables before boarding. There is a separate paid customer item storage locker available outside the retail shop.
If your lost item is found, we will contact you using the contact information provided during the lost item report. If the lost item is not found, no further notification service will be provided. Lost items are kept for 7 days from the date they are found, after which they will be transferred to the local police station.
The Skyline Luge Busan parking lot operates with an unmanned payment system, and the parking fees are as follows:
Weekdays: Free
Weekends: Free
Please note that the management will not be responsible for theft or vehicle damage that occurs due to the customer’s negligence while using the parking lot.
If the Skyline Luge Busan parking lot is full, please use the GS Retail Misik Ilsang parking lot.
Your contact information will be used for service-related emails such as purchase confirmations and receipts. Your contact information may also be used to send a brief survey for service improvement after your Luge visit. We will not use your personal information as a means to contact you for promotional purposes. Your personal information will be processed per our privacy policy.
Mobile devices are not allowed to be used during Skyride and Luge rides.
Weekday operating hours are currently from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and weekend and holiday operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. (Please note that operating hours and ticket sales closing times are subject to change without notice based on site conditions and company policies).

Luge Safety
No, there are no clothing restrictions. However, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes that cover your entire foot.
A person over 6 years old who is taller than 110cm can enjoy Luge riding alone.
In case of thunder or lightning, operations will temporarily stop. The Luge and Skyride operate normally on days with light rain, but operations may be suspended only during heavy rain which could impact safety.
Children between 85cm and 120cm tall can ride with a guardian aged 19 or older who is at least 150cm tall. However, even if your height is over 110cm, solo riding may not be possible depending on the judgment of the on-site staff.
(Unfortunately, children under 85cm cannot ride the Skyride or Luge.)
Almost everyone can enjoy it! Controlling the Luge is easy to learn, and people of all ages and with different physical abilities can enjoy Luge riding.
Luge: Children who are at least 110cm tall and aged 6 and above can enjoy Luge riding alone. Children between 85cm and 120cm tall can ride with a guardian aged 19 or older who is at least 150cm tall, by purchasing a child accompanying ticket.
Skyride: Children must be over 7 years old and at least 120cm tall to ride the Skyride alone. For children to ride with a guardian (who must be at least 19 years old and 150cm tall), they must be at least 85cm tall.
For safety reasons, infants under 85cm, pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, heart disease, or herniated discs cannot ride the Skyride or Luge.
Hyfly Safety
Almost everyone can enjoy it! Hyfly is enjoyed by people of all ages and with different physical abilities.
Hyfly: Anyone weighing between 25kg and 120kg can enjoy it. Minors under the age of 18 can ride after filling out a parental consent form.
Free Fall Jump: Anyone weighing between 40kg and 120kg can enjoy it. Minors under the age of 18 can participate after filling out a parental consent form.
For safety reasons, boarding is restricted for pregnant women, those under the influence of alcohol, prohibited drugs, or medications for physical or mental illness.
No, there are no dress restrictions. However, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes that cover your feet.

Ticketing
Ticket information:
The ticket you purchase includes fees for both Skyride and Luge, as well as helmet rental fees.
The validity period of online tickets is 90 days from the date of purchase, and once used, it can only be used on the same day.
Each ticket purchased must be held by one individual, and it cannot be transferred to others, regardless of whether it’s for an individual or accompanied by a child.
The online ticket price is based on individual tickets. For group inquiries of 20 people or more, please contact 051-722-6002 separately.
Online tickets will be sent to the email address provided during payment. If not received, please contact the customer centre at 051-722-6002 or visit the ticket counter on-site.
Height regulations and accompanied riding guidelines:
For children between 85cm and 110cm, accompanied riding tickets can be purchased additionally at the designated counter on-site.
Children over 110cm tall and aged 6 and above can ride alone, and the same fare as adults applies.
Even if the height is over 110cm, solo riding may not be allowed based on the discretion of on-site staff.
Children between 85cm and 110cm tall cannot ride alone and must be accompanied by a guardian who is at least 150cm tall and aged 19 or above.
The Luge/ Skyride combo includes tickets for both the Luge and the Skyride. You can ride the Skyride to the top of the Luge track and then enjoy riding the Luge down.
Ticketing closes 30 minutes before the end of operating hours. However, please note that on weekends and holidays, due to high visitor numbers, ticket sales may be sold out earlier without prior notice. Additionally, depending on the situation at the venue, multi-ride ticket sales may not be available during your visit.
- Refunds are available within 7 days from the date of purchase (excluding tickets that have been used).
- Used tickets are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds are not available.
- Promotional and discounted tickets are non-refundable.
For cancellation/ refund enquiries, you can contact the customer centre or visit us in person during operating hours. We can only process requests received within operating hours.
Customer centre operating hours:
Weekdays: 10:00 – 18:00 (Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00)
Weekends/ Public holidays: In-person assistance only
For online ticket purchases, refunds are possible within 7 days from the date of purchase (excluding tickets that have been used). Requests for cancellation/ refund submitted through 1:1 enquiry will be processed based on the customer centre’s operating hours.
Please note that it may take approximately 14 days, excluding weekends, for refunds to be processed.
Product exchanges are only possible in person at the venue.
