Your safety matters to us

Our Luge instructors will give you a full briefing on how to Luge before your first ride. It’s simple to use, just pull back on the handlebars to slow down or stop and release the handlebars slightly to accelerate.

Luge Code of Conduct

Our purpose-built Luge carts provide the rider with full control over their speed and direction using a unique braking and steering system.

The Luge & Skyride Codes of Conduct are both displayed at the top of the Skyride before the start zone.

Age/ height restrictions apply for children who wish to ride the Luge solo. Children need to be 6 years old and be taller than 110cm to ride alone.

Otherwise, they can share a cart with an accompanying adult (with a child doubling ticket) who is over 150cm tall and at least 19 years old.

Frequently Asked Questions:

No, there are no clothing restrictions. However, we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes that cover your entire foot.

A person over 6 years old who is taller than 110cm can enjoy Luge riding alone.

In case of thunder or lightning, operations will temporarily stop. The Luge and Skyride operate normally on days with light rain, but operations may be suspended only during heavy rain which could impact safety.

Children between 85cm and 120cm tall can ride with a guardian aged 19 or older who is at least 150cm tall. However, even if your height is over 110cm, solo riding may not be possible depending on the judgment of the on-site staff.

(Unfortunately, children under 85cm cannot ride the Skyride or Luge.)

Almost everyone can enjoy it! Controlling the Luge is easy to learn, and people of all ages and with different physical abilities can enjoy Luge riding.

Luge: Children who are at least 110cm tall and aged 6 and above can enjoy Luge riding alone. Children between 85cm and 120cm tall can ride with a guardian aged 19 or older who is at least 150cm tall, by purchasing a child accompanying ticket.

Skyride: Children must be over 7 years old and at least 120cm tall to ride the Skyride alone. For children to ride with a guardian (who must be at least 19 years old and 150cm tall), they must be at least 85cm tall.

For safety reasons, infants under 85cm, pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, heart disease, or herniated discs cannot ride the Skyride or Luge.

Mobile devices are not allowed to be used during Skyride and Luge rides.
